We configure the tenant against how your operation already runs — branches and depots, job classes, competence records, contract terms, SLA clocks and the roles that gate them — then take your dispatchers and a first group of fitters through it on real jobs rather than a demo dataset.

Data migration
The history you need in a dispute is in the system you are leaving. Most migrations move customers and sites, skip the evidence, and quietly reset your ability to answer for anything that happened before go-live.
We move customers, sites, vehicles, contracts and job history out of spreadsheets or an incumbent system, and we tell you in writing what did not come across and why — before go-live, not after somebody goes looking for it.

Custom reports
Every fleet framework wants the same facts in a different shape. The standard pack answers most of it; the one column a particular customer insists on is what costs you a day a month, forever.
Where a contract needs a figure the standard contract pack does not carry, we build it as a first-class report against the same read model — so the provider view and the customer view cannot disagree.

Custom integrations
Your customer’s system, your accounts package and your ordering do not talk to each other, so somebody retypes the same job three times and the third copy is wrong.
We build integrations against the platform’s API where a customer or an accounts package needs one — with the same tenant isolation, permission scoping and audit trail as everything else, so an integration cannot become a hole in the model.

Avior is not a consultancy.
We do not sell general IT consulting, managed services, staff augmentation or bespoke development. Everything above exists because it makes AxleGrid work properly in a real operation. If you need something outside that, we will say so rather than quote for it.
